Now................ I did not achieve any weight loss goals with these pills.........
I have started exercising and drinking about 80 oz of water a day.... after taking both bottles of pills I only lost 2 pounds... I did not cheat on my diet and followed the directions to a T...
I hope you can have better luck with these than I did.

I tried Garcina (a different brand) on a whim and followed the directions exactly and did not lose ay weight. I think there's just no substitite for a healthy diet and exercise.
