Man, It sure is honest!! It made me realize that I really needed to lose some weight!!!
I have started on the weightloss and I am glad that I have the scale and the app to show me how I am doing and what I am or are not losing.
You can have more than one ID on this scale so the hubby is on there too.. ONLY his says he is normal and Mine DOES NOT!! HA HA

Taking a 1 to 2 inch section of hair ..........Hold InstaWave vertically

Simply place section of hair on the InstaWave curling rod

 Hold for 5-10 seconds, hold longer for tighter curls and less for beachy waves

Small Packing Organizer

I so love to go on cruises!! What I do not love is packing!! I always take enough stuff for a month and only need about 6 days worth!! LOL
I am sure you can all relate.
I got to try these packing cubes and OH how they changed my mind about packing.
They come with 4 cubes. You can choose your color and I chose red because my suitcases are red.
They are a great size.

They are sturdy and have handle at the top.
They come with zip closures and the zipper is strong so I know you can over pack these!!!

The sides come up so that you can pack a bunch of stuff.
They would be great to pack ONE days clothes in each bag and then every day you are gone you can just get out your one bag that has the day of clothes in it!! This will totally change the way I cruise for sure!!!

Also great for packing toiletries too!!! You can just take out that bag and leave it in the batroom and all your stuff will stay together!!

Taco Soup~ Crock Pot Recipe

I love Taco Soup
I usually only make it when it gets cold outside it makes me start to think about fall and winter!!
It is super easy to throw in your crock pot and then it is ready to eat when you are!!!!

2 pounds ground beef
2 cups diced onions
2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans chili beans OR any beans you like
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can tomatoes with chiles
2 (4 1/2-ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 (4.6-ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced, optional
1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (1-ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
Corn chips, for serving
Sour cream, for garnish
Grated cheese, for garnish
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Pickled jalapenos, for garnish


Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet; drain the excess fat, then transfer the browned beef and onions to a large slow cooker  Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, black olives, green olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix, and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat for about 1 hour in a pot on the stove. To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them. Top with sour cream, cheese, green onions and jalapenos.

M&M Fudge

I love Fudge over the holidays
This is another recipe you can use and add whatever sweet treats you like.
You can add nuts, other candies or even cookies!!!
It is so easy to make these your own!! Super simple to make!!!

M&M Fudge

3 c sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 can 5oz evaporated milk
1 package chocolate chips OR 12 oz Semi Sweet chocolate chopped
1 jar 7oz marshmallow cream
2 cups M&Ms  OR whatever you want to use
1 tsp vanilla

Prepare 8x8 pan by spraying with non stick spray or line with foil and then spray
Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a full rolling boil in a large pot on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 4 minutes. ( if you do not trust yourself you can use candy thermometer, just cook until it reaches 234 degrees.)
Remove from heat and add chocolate and marshmallow cream and mix until all combined. Add vanilla and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan and let cool.
ENJOY!!
Spend some time making a few versions!! They would be good with Oreo's crushed in or Peanut Butter chips, nuts.

Chocolate Chip and Pecan Cookies

I love cookies.. they are so versatile. All you need is a basic recipe and then you can choose what you want to go in them.
I am going to share my versatile recipe with you and you can choose what you want in yours

 Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pre heat oven to 350
3/4 white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks room temperature butter
1 tbsp vanilla
2 1/4 c SELF RISING Flour
ANY treats you like  I am using pecans and chocolate chips
1 c chopped pecans
2 cups chocolate chips

In mixer....
Mix butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and beat until mixed
add vanilla
Add flour slowly and mix ONLY until combined.
I remove from mixer and add my treats by and mixing with a spatula.
Using tablespoon or small ice cream scoop.. place cookies on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes until nice and brown.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
WE do not let them cool, we eat them right out of the oven!!

ALOT... You know that saying you get what you paid for?
Well that is so true here.
I cannot believe how well made this HDMI cord is!!
It is so sturdy and is made really really. It is twice as heavy as the cheap on that we had.
There is a braided covering on the wire that is going to keep this safe from wear and tear.

We replaced this cable with the one we had on the Tv and the difference in the quality of the picture was APPLES TO ORANGES.... The new cable made the picture so much clearer. It gave the Tv a fresh crisp sound
Watching shows form my laptop to my TV is such an amazing thing and This product helps you get the best picture and sound available.
It is a whole new experience even watching You Tube.
We put the other one on a video game and WOW...... the graphics seemed so much clearer. Now I am not a video game player but my son was very happy with the change and now I am going to have to buy one of these for each of the children to use for their games!!!
