Albondigas

1lb ground beef mixed with about 1/2 lb of pork chorizo and 1 cup cooke rice, chopped onion and some cilantro. Cooked meatballs in oven for 30 minutes 350
then 3qts chicken broth, two 15oz cans mexican stewed tomatoes. Added chopped onion, carrots, potato, fresh corn. Boil 15 minutes then add meat balls boil 15 mins. more. Then I added zucchini and cooked another 10 mins. took off the heat, covered and let it sit for 1/2 hour
