I love cookies, Sometimes I do not like to make cookies so today I made cookie bars!!
It takes less time in the kitchen and tastes just as great!!!!
The recipe is simple!
3/4 c white sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
2 sticks softened butter
combine these three in a mixing bowl and in your stand mixer beat until butter is fluffy
add 2 eggs one at a time
add 1 tbsp vanilla
sift 2 1/4 c self rising flour and add slowly only until incorporated.
add M&M's
Pour into a 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Let cool and slice :)
How easy was that??
That are so chewy and tasty you will eat the whole pan!!
