Def Leppard and Kiss Concert!!!

It is always great when the band's you listen to back in the day comes to town. Friday I saw Kiss and Def Leppard with my Bestie Lynn.

This is us waiting for it to start. It was amazing!!! We had a great time like we always do!!!
Def Leppard is one of my favorite bands and Pour some Sugar on me is a favorite song of mine...

Indian Fry Bread

I often take dinner request's when the kid's have a day off from school or work because Let's face it.... I love to cook!!! I used to cook every single day... ALL day. but the kid's are pretty much grown and are not home all at once or at dinner time....
Anyways Tonight my daughter in law Melody wanted Indian Taco's.
I like Indian Taco's so I was more than happy to make dinner.
I have been making Indian Fry Bread ( Osage Fry Bread as us Oklahoman's call it ) for a couple of years and it is super easy and super cheap.
Here is how to make it.
2 cups flour ( I use self rising )
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup very hot water
Mix all ingredients together and let set in bowl about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet ( I use my iron skillet )

 Roll out balls of dough on some wax paper sprinkled with flour.

 Fry at 350 about 1-1/2 minute per side until brown and cooked

 This is what they look like when they are done.

 I load them up with taco fixings :) Each person get's to make their own :)

Now I will give you something extra.... Dessert.............
Here I am eating mine with powdered sugar a and honey and it is awesome!!

You could also do berries and cool whip.. or ice cream and hot fudge..... the possibilities are endless..

Genghis Grill LOVE IT

Have you ever been to Genghis Grill? Oh I am so addicted to going there right now.
The food is fresh, hot and healthy!! You get to make your own meal, you way and if you want you can stand and watch them cook it!!
When you go in and set down and the waitress brings you a large bowl ( for your food ) and a small bowl ( for your sauce) she/he takes your drink order and then you go and create your meal!!
They have a board of suggestions but I always just do what I want.
Step 1. Choose your protein... they have it all. Chicken, pork, beef, seafood, sausage. There is something for everyone. I choose prolly 6 meats today ( LOL )

 Step 2. Choose some spice.. I love the dragon, it is nice and spicy.

 Step 3. Choose your veggies.

 There is plenty to choose from.. I like pineapples, corn, broccoli, and a few other things.

 Step 4. Choose your sauce. This goes in the little bowl. They have many options. I like Mongolean and I also use the honey soy and Dragon ( it is cool to add more than one sauce )

 Step 5.. Choose White, brown or fried rice. OR 2 different kinds of noodles and then let them cook it.

 Step 6......... MMMMMMMMM Eat it!!! :) It is amazing!!!

After you eat here one time you will be hooked!!
